Hefty Hound Health Club

WELCOME!

bullet

Did you know that being hefty is not only a human problem? Obesity has become a major problem with our family dogs too!

bullet

Hefty dogs are more prone to diabetes, joint problems, heart attacks, allergies, ear problems, hot spots and, during the summer months, are more prone to heat stroke

bullet

Owners with hefty dogs have more vet bills other than just the annual shots

bullet

Hefty dogs waddle instead of stride when they walk and it is hard on their joints and back

bullet

Hefty dogs become a bump on the furniture and are no fun to play with

bullet

A common new doggie nickname is “Keggar”

We put so much of our time and our love into our pets but many owners are killing their pets too early by being to “kind” to them - overfeeding & over “treating”.

We do not have our dogs for very long. When they leave us, it is devastating. If we can keep them slim and trim, we can add years to their life and they will have a better quality of life.

Thank you for joining the HEFTY HOUND HEALTH CLUB! We hope to change bad habits into HEALTHY HABITS so your furry best friend will be happier and healthier and with you for years to come.
